Air Design Super Bolt Fender Flares are moulded using high-tech multilayer black ABS brought from Austria, and top coated with OEM-approved 2K Satin Black paint. They are the only Fender Flares within the accessories aftermarket that feature a mechanical fixation to the body line, to eliminate all vibration and paint damage, and they are the only flares that incorporate a Mud Flap "Anti-Splash" contour that widens the bottom of the flare, protecting the sides of the vehicle from road debris. This advanced aerodynamic Mud Flap also stops rocks and road debris from chipping your vehicle’s paint.
Air Design’s patented Super Bolt system adheres to any smooth surface allowing the part to be mechanically fastened without having to drill into your vehicle’s sheet metal.
Studied curves and elevated details in every flare are artfully crafted in accordance with the vehicle’s original DNA. Before the design team imagines a new part, they pay attention to the heritage and identity of every new vehicle that enters the studio. All applications are different, and so should each accessory.
All parts are moulded using high-tech multilayer black ABS Senosan® polymer from Austria and are top coated on their surface for extra UV protection and additional strength using a German OEM-approved 2K Satin Black paint.
